Solomon Property Management & Sales will uphold the legacy that Burmeister Real Estate had set forth over the past 30 years in San Diego County. Burmeister Real Estate started as Red Carpet Realty with George Burmeister in 1975. He was a local broker in Carlsbad and started the Real Estate legacy in the family with managing rentals and helping clients buy and sell properties. In the early 1980’s James Burmeister achieved his Real Estate Broker’s license and became an Eviction attorney around the same time. James spent 40 years growing both ihis Real Estate business and Law Firm. After completing over 13,000 evictions and tripling the size of the property management company, he decided to enjoy retirement.
